Managing the Regulatory Change Leads, the Regulatory Affairs Change Team Leader will ensure the prioritisation, planning and smooth running of post approval regulatory activities across the global Norgine product portfolio.

Liaising between the Regulatory Affairs Managers and regulatory service providers the Regulatory Affairs Change Team Leader will ensure that implementation plans are achievable, communicated and agreed.

The Regulatory Affairs Change Team Leader will implement robust plans and tools to harmonise how RA projects are managed and seek out opportunities to improve processes to achieve greater efficiencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Interface with Regulatory Affairs Managers to monitor progress and ensure that dependencies are identified, tracked and managed

Requirements

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS

Certified Project Management qualification from a recognised project management body such as PMI, APM or equivalent desirable or significant demonstrable experience. A strong understanding of Project and Programme Management methodologies, tools and techniques

Proven project management experience in the Pharmaceutical sector within a regulatory environment, with a successful record of delivery.
