MAIN PURPOSE:


To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Global Corporate Communications Team (80%) and the Director of Digital Transformation (20%).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Ongoing objectives and priorities will be established and regularly reviewed with the Global Director of Corporate Communications and the Director of Digital Transformation. However, significant personal self-direction is expected to act in the best interests of the Organisation and to take and recommend action as required. Key responsibilities will include:

General admin support

Social media


Internal Communication

Website

Media monitoring and reporting

Materials and campaigns

Requirements

The PA will have a key and high profile role working across the organisation. The individual is therefore required to exercise tact and discretion as well as the ability to complete tasks in a pro-active manner. Confidentiality is of prime importance. An ability to prioritise and work independently is a requirement for this position, particularly when managers are absent from the office. In addition, the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally, is key to the role.

The PA does not have any direct supervisory responsibility but is required to use appropriate skills to achieve outcomes with others, both internally and externally. There is a great deal of emphasis upon self-reliance, prioritising and high quality standards, whilst using initiative.
